The Insulated 40’STD container, formerly a refrigerated unit with a non-functioning or disassembled motor, offers exceptional thermal performance suitable for year-round use without encountering condensation problems. This insulated container operates without the need for electricity, effectively maintaining its internal temperature and shielding its contents from external elements. Moreover, with the addition of an AC unit, it can supply cooler air, reaching temperatures as low as 60 degrees.

Constructed with durable materials including aluminum exterior paneling, high-density lightweight polyurethane foam wall construction, this container is engineered for longevity. Its aluminum T-rail flooring design simplifies cleaning and prevents water from pooling on the floor, ensuring efficient drainage through outlets positioned near the doors and corners.

Measuring 40 feet in length, 8 feet in width, and 8 feet 6 inches in height externally, this container features a pair of cargo swing doors at one end.
